JIM YODER Jim is the Electronics Group Manager and Senior Project Manager where he directs and executes electronic solutions for our customers; he collaborates to offer his experience, insight and input on new technologies. Jim has 23 years of innovation, product design, and team management experience. His 3 patent awards are testament to his creativity. He specializes in the development of embedded control systems for a variety of products and industries using Texas Instruments, Motorola, and Microchip processors. He previously worked for Hasbro Toy where he managed their global electronics group, gaining expertise in Asian electronic design and sourcing. Although Jim has lived in Cincinnati for 25 years, he has traveled around the world and speaks fluent German. He is an Instrument Rated Pilot and flies his plane as often as he can. BRIAN RAU Brian is a talented Project Manager and engineer who enjoys the nuts-and-bolts design and implementation work. He appreciates the variety of technical challenges ITE offers and has recently been involved in the concept, design, firmware, validation and implementation of exciting new products bringing electronic "smarts" into new applications. He has worked with intelligent touch- and proximity-sensing technology for a new line of products that adds to his embedded control and LabVIEW design experience. Previously, Brian worked at CTC Parker Hannifin Corporation and was responsible for the design hardware and firmware for PC-compatible industrial Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and PC-based control products. Brian and his wife are both K9 handlers with Buckeye Search and Rescue Dogs (www.buckeyesardogs.org), a volunteer search and rescue organization located in the southern Ohio area. For the past 6 years he has responded throughout the OH/KY/IN area for drowning, lost/missing persons, and criminal investigations. Thank you Brian! HAROLD RITTER Harold is a Senior Electronics Engineer at ITE and his role primarily consists of electrical engineering and embedded controller systems design. His responsibility entails both electronics hardware and firmware/software design. Harold is originally from Vandalia, Ohio and recently moved back after living in Navarre, Florida for 7 years, where he worked for Kobetron. While working there, Harold was responsible for redesigning a tester for the gaming industry that reduced testing times from 20 minutes to about 6 seconds! Harold also served in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Repair Technician.
ITE's electrical team brings advanced skills and innovation to our customers products. Even on a mechanical product brainstorming session, our electronics team will be included for their creativity and perspective. Please take a moment view some recently released projects.
